The GSA Vacations In Hawaii

"Really, you can’t make this stuff up. Want to take a vacation in Hawaii, the most exotic of the states in the union? Just apply for a job with the General Services Administration (GSA). Of course, they were on official GSA business, an hour-long ribbon cutting ceremony. Funny, how it took a week to cut that one ribbon."
