I oppose, if they want to do it they can use some of the money they give as polictical kick backs.

The top 20% of people with incomes over a 100 K per year have the ability while the ones that can hardly make ends meat have to chose between health care, priscriptions or fuel for their vehicals. The state Lottery is a great example of "holding a carrot in front of the horse" with promises in state urging everyone to play the lottery for the benifit of our schools. When was the last time you sen a Millionaire buy lottery tickets. They're not chasing the "pot of gold at the end of the rainbowl" and the fortune it one that win land up in trouble or broke in a few years. The Winner is the STATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
